Tariffs:
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. All rates are inclusive
of G.S.T.
Bookings and Deposits:
To secure your booking, Sea Star Apartments requires a deposit
for the first nights accommodation by Credit card before confirming
booking. The balance outstanding is payable upon departure by
cash or Credit Card.
Check in times:
Check in time is 2.00pm on day of arrival. Check out time is 10.00
am on day of departure. Guest must be over the age of 20 with
valid credit card to check in
Cancellations:
Recieve a full refund if 36 hours notice is given. No refund if
cancellation request is recieved less than 36 hours prior to check
in time or in the event of non arrival or early departure.
Cleaning and linen charges:
For bookings of 8-14 days there will be a linen change mid-way
through your stay. For bookings over 14 daysthere will be a linnen
change weekly. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged
for a small additional charge.
Pets:
To abide by local health regulations, no pets are allowed into
rental accommodation.
